Are Harriet Elizabeth products made from natural and naturally derived ingredients?

Yes! Our formulas are made from 100% natural and naturally derived ingredients as we don't believe in putting any nasties on your skin!

I have sensitive skin?

Our ingredients are not harsh on the skin, however as a precautionary we would advise to test on a small patch first before applying everywhere. If a reaction occurs, stop using immediately and rinse off with water. If symptoms persist, please contact your GP.

I am allergic to certain ingredients?

Before using our products please check the ingredients label first, if you are unsure please email us at info@harriet-elizabeth.co.uk or contact your GP for advise.

Are the products safe to use? 

Yes, all our formulas have been tested and approved and have received a cosmetic product safety certificate.

PACKAGING

Is Harriet Elizabeth packaging 100% recyclable?

Our bottles are 100% recyclable and our labels are 100% biodegradable. Although, our pumps are not, we are working towards these being 100% recyclable in the near future. However, we have partnered with teracycle so if you return your empty packaging we ware able to dispose of the packaging this way.

All packaging we use to ship your parcels is fully recyclable and the majority is made from recycled materials. 

How should I store my products?

It is best to keep your products stored at room temperate and away from direct sunlight.

PREGNANCY

Can I use Harriet Elizabeth if I am pregnant?

The essential oils we use are deemed safe throughout pregnancy, however, we would advise you to ask your Midwife or GP if they are happy for you to use essential oils.

Will my parcel fit through my letterbox?

Can I return my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once we have shipped your products you will not be able to change or cancel your order.

How will COVID-19 affect my delivery?

Although the post service is still running, COVID-19 may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and aim to get your goodies to you as soon as possible.
